Tracy Hoose
BOE Member: 3 Years

Tracy grew up in Colton and attended the school she is now proud to serve. After living in Rochester for seven years, she and her husband returned home to raise their children. Education has been a long standing passion of Tracy's. A teacher herself, she is familiar with the day to day workings of a school.  After teaching Living Environment for many years she made the difficult decision to leave her career to raise her family. She now provides daycare for many families in the district. As a parent of three children enrolled at CPCS, she is invested in serving the school, children and citizens of Colton and Pierrepont and would be grateful to do so for many years to come!

Cindy McLean

Cindy has lived in Colton since 2000. When not being a mom to her two beautiful daughters, or working part-time as an Occupational Therapist, Cindy spends her time volunteering and travlening. Cindy loves having adventures, playing in the great outdoors and having fun with family and friends. She has served one year on the Board of Eduction and looks forward to continuing to serve her community.

Christina Smith
BOE Member: First year!

Christina Smith is an Instructional Technologist for SUNY Canton. She earned two Bachelor of Science degrees in Education and Business Administration from Plymouth State University. She moved to the North Country in 2007 from Boston and after working as a CPCS Teaching assistant she realized what a great school we have here at Colton! She has two children, Max and Madeline. From her experiences Christina is still amazed at CPCS- the student-faculty ratio, hand-crafted educational experience, and the overall educational experience. Christina is honored to have the opportunity to represent the citizens of Colton and Pierrepont as a representative of the Colton-Pierrepont Central School Board for her first year!
