
June 7, 2024 our last COLTS day of the year featured 22 different careers for high schoolers to explore and network, as well as an afternoon field day and cornhole tournament. Thank you to our local professionals for helping to provide such a fun opportunity for our students!

8TH GRADE FAMILIES: There will be a meeting to schedule high school classes tonight for 8th graders and their parents / guardians. Please plan to attend a brief meeting in the cafeteria at 5:45pm.
For students who will also be in the HS concert beginning at 6:30, it is recommended to prepare your instrument in advance of the 5:45 scheduling meeting.
We made a slight adjustment to the time to accommodate those in the concert. Thank you!

On Wednesday, we will be having our High School Spring Concert. This outdoor event is a bring your own chair, mix and mingle gathering. Ice cream will be served! The show starts at 6:30PM.

On June 3rd, our 6th-grade students asked their 7th-grade schoolmates what to expect when entering high school. Questions included: What classes will I take? Do I have assigned seats? What clubs can I join? Our 7th graders did well continuing this tradition.

The sign-up deadline for the summer swim program at Postwood Park is today! FREE BREAKFAST & LUNCH WILL BE PROVIDED AT CPCS THIS SUMMER! After we pick up swim program kids, we will stop at school so they can eat breakfast and grab a bag lunch on the way to the beach! Please return your child's signed form to enroll them. On Friday, May 31st, 6 of our artists were displayed at the annual SUNY Potsdam High School Art Show. Congratulations to sophomore Jack Garcia for winning the Photography Award for his digital portrait inspired by Vincent Van Gogh. Our other artists featured were Johnny Andrews-Perry, Lillian McCullah, Serenity Bennett-Savage, Joshua Stone, and Gage Caskinett.






FALL SPORTS SIGNUPS: Sign-ups for Fall sports is happening now! Physicals for Fall sports will be Thursday, June 6th in the Nurse's office. Student-athletes who want to participate this Fall must be registered and have all forms filled out and submitted before Thursday or they will not be cleared by the school medical director.

Our Foreign Language Club will host a Bottle Drive tomorrow from 9-12. Please help our students reach their goal towards their trip to Costa Rica next spring! Drop-off locations are at CPCS or Shoulette's Redemption Depot at 65 Miner Street, Canton.
