We at CPCS are proud to have such an impressive roster of seniors on our Boys Varsity and Girls Varsity Soccer Teams. The season is flying by, so be sure to congratulate these athletes on their dedication through the rest of their final season!

The CPCS girls varsity soccer team played against the Parishville-Hopkinton Panthers on September 23rd. Congratulations to the Colts for a 2-0 victory. The Colts are now 6-0-2 on the season. (Featured athlete: Kaitlyn Houston) -Sport Report- T. Adair

The CPCS boys varsity soccer team played against the Madrid-Waddington Yellow Jackets on September 21st. The Colts won 5-0. Congratulations to Ty Farns (3), Jack Garcia, & Tyler Lovely for scoring for the Colts. The Colts are now 2-3-0 in the 2024 season. -Sport Report- T. Adair

Dear Parents & Guardians, We ae thrilled to be able to take our 7th grade class to Camp Overlook for a day of team-building! The 7th graders will travel by bus to Camp Overlook in Owls Head, NY on Thursday, September 26th. They will leave directly after attendance and return in time for dismissal. Students should come prepared with pants, sneakers, and layers to be prepared for any kind of weather. Students can bring a lunch or request a bagged lunch from school. We hope this will be a fun and meaningful experience for our students. Thank you, Mrs. McKinley

A friendly reminder from the Colts in Action group: Just a quick reminder that Popcorn Friday is coming up, and we are kindly asking for your support! If you haven’t had a chance to send in the payment yet, it’s $8 per student, or $20 for families with 3 or more students. Please send in the payment by Friday, September 20th to ensure your child(ren) can participate and enjoy this fun treat! Thank you so much for your attention and support! BOCES Families, The administration at St. Lawrence-Lewis BOCES was notified last evening about a social media post threatening violence against BOCES. The New York State Police were immediately notified and began the process of investigating the reports. We received notification from the State Police that it is believed to be a hoax threat as it is the same message that was circulated earlier today in western New York. The State Police also indicated that it has been dealt with by law enforcement. We are thankful the matter was reported immediately and that our law enforcement partners are able to investigate. I know this information can be unsettling but it is our top priority to keep our students and staff members safe. As a community, I encourage you to remain aware of postings such as these and to report circumstances you think may be unsafe to authorities. We have a strong partnership with the New York State Police Department, who are always supportive and quick to respond to any of our requests.
