Students in grades 3–12 will need to attend the annual Digital Wellness Meeting prior to receiving a Chrome book. The Preseason Athletic Meeting for all student athletes will follow.

Completing the form will allow you to update contact information, emergency contacts, transportation plans, annual permissions, requests for services, and the Digital Equity Survey before school begins.

We hope you're enjoying a wonderful summer! While there's still time to relax and recharge, we're already hard at work preparing for the upcoming school year.
Please take a few minutes to complete the 2026–2027 Student Information Update Form by clicking this link.
This online form allows you to update important information for your child, including:
-Parent/guardian contact information
-Emergency contacts
-Transportation plans
This year, we've also included the annual permissions, releases, requests for services, and the Digital Equity Survey in the online form. Our goal is to replace the large packet of forms that traditionally comes home in your child's folder during the first week of school, making this process more convenient for families while helping us prepare before students arrive.
Any updates you make to your contact and emergency information will be updated in your child's School Tool account, which you can access from the CPCS website under "Families" and "School Tool Parent Portal".
